  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available payment options.

  • Shipping times vary based on location. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.

  • Tunisian Heroes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.​

 

3. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns of physical books within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Digital products (like downloadable printables) are non-refundable.
